Since 2011 we have led efforts to connect monthly with members of the adult entertainment industry through active faith-based outreach. We do life with the girls! The We just love the girls! They are a consistent presence in the clubs and provide not only positive relationships, we provide referrals as requested but most importantly, they also offer restorative community utilizing a trauma informed approach. We host special events such as Spa Days, Christmas, birthday parties, and baby showers and invite our girls, who have children, to our church events such as Fall Festivals and Easter Egg Hunts throughout the year to build healthy community with each other.

The Sunshine Girls is a multi-faceted nonprofit ministry dedicated to serving the non-traditional woman. She's the woman who does not follow established norms, but has broken the barriers of tradition to create her own path in life. Wherever she is on her path, Sunshine Girls are here to walk by her side.
Our non-judgmental outreaches are an opportunity to give each entertainer a hug, a warm meal, a simple gift along with the simple message that they are loved and valued right where they are... and that we are here to support them. We also provide prayer and a listening ear when requested. We are a faith based nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower change in the life direction of women and girls who are involved as adult entertainers or in other areas of the sex industry or find themselves as victims of sex trafficking by offering a spiritually based, trauma informed approach. With the support from our communities and churches, The Sunshine Girls will be able to provide love and community to women and girls seeking to exit a life in the adult entertainment industry. |
